A licensed Broker since 2020 and Sales Associate since 2016, Ravi has helped countless clients build wealth through real estate while delivering exceptional project results. Beyond real estate, Ravi’s entrepreneurial background spans nearly three decades across various industries, giving him a unique ability to approach deals with strategic insight and operational expertise.
In addition to leading brokerage activities at GRR Realty, Ravi actively manages procurement and sales operations for manufactured products and construction supplies, oversees project execution, and supports critical business decisions that impact the Firm’s financial performance.

Rohit Gandhy represents the next generation of real estate leadership in Florida. After earning a Real Estate degree from the University of Central Florida (UCF) in May 2025, Rohit immediately stepped into the world of real estate entrepreneurship and development.
As the founder of ROMO Homes, Rohit leads major construction projects across the Orlando market — including a 30-unit condominium development in Alafaya. His hands-on experience spans project execution, investor relations, and strategic marketing, with a focus on delivering innovative and high-quality developments that enhance local communities.
